Product Care

Every BlackPatel piece is individually crafted. Treat its surfaces, straps and metal details with care. Always follow the care instructions supplied with your particular piece first.

Surface cleaning

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth for everyday surface cleaning. Test a small, hidden area first. Wipe gently, then remove any moisture with a soft, dry cloth.

• Do not soak, machine wash or tumble dry.
• Do not use bleach, alcohol, solvents, abrasive cleaners or stiff brushes.
• Do not iron or apply direct heat, including a hair dryer.

Metal details and fastenings

Wipe rings, buckles and chains with a soft, dry cloth. Open and close fastenings gently. Avoid spraying perfume or cosmetics directly onto the surface.

Storage

Allow the piece to dry completely, then store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Lay straps without sharp folds and avoid leaving metal parts pressed against the surface for long periods.
