About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from BlackPatel through us.blackpatel.com. References to “we” and “us” mean BlackPatel; “you” means the customer placing an order.

Products and order details

The products, quantities, selected options and prices for your purchase are shown in the order summary and confirmation email. Please check your selections and delivery details before placing your order.

Prices and payment

This storefront lists prices in US dollars (USD). Available payment methods and the total payable for your order are shown at checkout. Shipping charges, if any, and taxes collected by us are included in the checkout summary. See our Shipping Policy for international delivery details.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are prepared individually and dispatched within 2 business days after payment approval. Dispatch means handing your parcel to the carrier; it is not the delivery date. Transit time to the United States depends on the carrier and customs processing. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Returns and order issues

Our Refund Policy explains the 14-day return-request period for eligible products, hygiene and personalization exclusions, return instructions and refunds.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, contact us. We cover the necessary shipping costs for these cases. Your rights are not conditional on providing photos, obtaining a carrier report or notifying us within 24 hours. Nothing in these terms or the Refund Policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
