Shipping policy

Complimentary DHL Express shipping to the United States.

Preparation

Each BlackPatel piece is crafted individually. Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Transit to the United States

Orders ship from Türkiye with DHL Express. Estimated transit is 2–3 business days after dispatch. This is separate from preparation time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be extended by customs clearance, holidays or carrier delays.

Shipping included

DHL Express shipping is included in the displayed product price for US orders. No separate shipping charge is added at checkout.

Tracking and discreet packaging

Orders are sent in discreet packaging. Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking details are sent to the contact information provided with your order.

Customs and import charges

Complimentary shipping does not mean duty-free delivery. Import duties, taxes or customs handling charges may apply. These charges are not included in the complimentary shipping service unless explicitly stated at checkout. Customs clearance can add time to delivery.
